We have identified a number of distinct character areas across the site, each with its own complementary style of development. Some areas, such as the Walled Garden, are naturally defined by their existing features and setting. Others, including The Stables and The Village Green, have been inspired by our understanding of traditional English estates and villages, as well as the site’s landscape and topography. This approach helps ensure that each area has its own identity while fitting naturally within the wider estate.
